Jessica Shen

Program Supervisor and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst

M.Ed., BCBA.

Jessica is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) who has been in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) since 2015. She graduated with her Masters degree (Cognitive Psychology in Educational Practice) from Adelaide and attended her first ABA Introductory Workshop hosted by Lizard Centre in the same year. Since then, she worked in multiple settings (i.e., in home, classrooms, and community). After moving to Brisbane, Jessica continues to be very passionate about learning and growth. She finds it gratifying to be able to see behaviour principles at work every day, impacting lives of many individuals with diverse needs, their caregivers, educators and the larger community. When not at work, Jessica enjoys being a foodie, animal lover, keeping active, and music. “I believe that every individual has the capacity to learn, and teach others – no matter their diagnosis or disability. It takes a village, but most things that matter in life are worth the hard work!”
